sure, why not!

As it relates to God, the creator and his creation, I’ve always thought that a) he took his time and enjoyed the process as a painter or sculptor would (but on an infinitely larger scale) and b) there is no limits to what or where he could create.

“In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places; if it were not so I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you". John 14:2

So the notion that there could be life on other planets or in other dimensions might be difficult for us to comprehend but I would submit not only is our imagination limited but our life experience and frame of reference severely limited to this planet and our time and place there in.
