Red pill, blue pill?
Do you want to know the truth?
Everyone’s an expert. I’m always amazed how sure and confident people are that they are right even if the truth is the exact opposite from what they believe. Where do you get your information? Who do you trust and believe? CNN or FOX of none of the above. Do you read books? Do you research your information or watch a bit of “news” and read the newspaper occasionally?
We live in a upside down world. I’m old enough to remember when democrats were skeptical of the police state and the alphabet agencies. Hey why not they killed their favorite President. Actually the world’s favorite President. They’re trying it again but now they have the pom poms out!
In the 70’s the left protested wars. Now they can’t get enough. Arab Spring, kill the leader in Libya and steal his gold, dispose Egypt’s leader and support radical Muslims to run the country. And if that wasn’t wasting enough of your money, let’s send $60 Billion to Ukraine and risk a war with Russia! Of course they could meet their match with China, we’ll see.
In the 60’s the street were filled with protester demanding equal rights for people of color. Today dividing the races starts in kindergarten. Some colleges hold separate graduations for black and white students. So much for judging the content of your character not the color of your skin. In fact regardless of your character, if you’re white you’re an oppressor, black your a victim. Not to worry there’s bonus points for being a woman, gay, trans, one spirit or two. We can play the intersectionality game all day. If you’re white though you can’t win. If you’re white and male get to the back of the bus.
The point is today it’s not your grandmothers democrat party (don’t worry the republican establishment has no idea who they are either). If you read a speech by JFK it sounds like Ronald Reagan. When Barack ran in 2008 he sounded like a republican. How quickly thing’s change. And there in lies the problem. We don’t want to believe things are the way they are. It’s human nature. We don’t want to believe the government doesn’t have our best interest at heart, politicians lie, people will literally kill for power, we have political prisoners in this country, an election can be stolen, your vote doesn’t count, the FBI and police will break down your door and arrest you with no
evidence and leave you in jail without charges, propaganda is now legal (Obama 2013), the media is corrupt, the pharma companies are poisoning people intentionally and tyranny rules the day.
I don’t want to believe it either but I took the red pill decades ago and life has never been the same. You have to decide. There is no middle ground. You can stay asleep with the blue pill but that doesn’t mean you’re safe anymore. They’re coming for everyone.
